About Strucxicon

We build spaces by taking responsibility for the time, decisions, and lives that unfold within them.

Strucxicon is a construction company that thinks about people's time before building spaces.

We don't simply construct walls or complete finishes. We consider how a family's day begins and flows, how a business pauses, regains momentum, and moves forward, and how a space can remain comfortable and reliable long after it is completed.

Every project begins with a single question: Why does this space need to be built this way?

From there, we remove what is unnecessary, leave no decisions unexplained, and place the greatest importance on the structure and standards that often remain unseen.

Rather than building quickly, we focus on building properly. Rather than creating something that only looks impressive, we aim to deliver work that earns trust over time.

This is why our process—from design and construction to finishing and aftercare— is carried out by one team, under one standard, with clear responsibility throughout.

Strucxicon is not a short-term contractor. We are a construction brand that builds trust as a lasting asset.

Our Values

What We Stand For

Responsibility

We believe responsibility does not end when construction is complete.

Clarity

Every decision must have a reason, and clients deserve to understand it.

Integrity

We believe unseen structure and standards determine the true lifespan of a space.

Trust Over Speed

We prioritize long-term trust over short-term results.

Our Process

How We Work

01

Think First

Construction begins with a question: Why must it be built this way?

02

Design with Purpose

Design exists not to impress, but to be used.

03

Build with Accountability

From design to construction and finishing, we proceed with one team, one standard, and one clear responsibility.

04

Stay After Completion

Continuing the relationship after completion is part of our process.

Founder Story

Daejun Yun

Strucxicon began with a question.

For years, Daejun Yun stood at the center of construction projects, yet always observed the industry from one step back. Processes were precise, results were delivered, but decisions were rarely explained and responsibility often ended too soon.

He kept asking: Why is construction judged only by its final result, while the decisions and accountability behind it remain invisible?

After studying civil engineering in Korea and spending years managing schedules, budgets, and project systems at a major general contractor, he learned how construction operates at scale.

Later, after moving to Canada and studying architecture, his focus shifted. He began to reconsider construction from the perspective of those who live and work within the spaces.

Drawings that looked perfect but felt uncomfortable in daily life. Projects completed efficiently, yet leaving no lasting relationship.

So he chose a different approach: construction that can be fully explained by one accountable party, and carried from beginning to end by one responsible team.

Strucxicon was created not to be the fastest builder, but to become one that earns trust over time.
